  • Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, fried egg

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Start by prepping all ingredients—measure and chop those fresh veggies if you’re adding them.
  2. Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Allow it to brown until fully cooked.
  3. Add Garlic and Ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, letting the mixture simmer for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil: Pour in the soy sauce and drizzle the sesame oil over the beef; mix everything well.
