  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • Green Onions (for garnishing)
  • Sesame Seeds (for texture)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine Gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let soak for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Sauté the Onions and Peppers: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft.
  5. Cook the Chicken: Push veggies aside, add marinated chicken, and cook until browned and cooked through.
