Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Create the flavorful marinade by mixing soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.

Notes
