  • 1 small lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Start by gathering your fresh strawberries, sugar, lemon, and basil.
  2. Prepare the strawberries: Hull and slice the strawberries with love.
  3. Blend the base: In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and basil. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste for sweetness: Adjust sweetness if necessary with more sugar.
  5. Freeze the mixture: Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours.
  6. Scoop & serve: Let sit for a few minutes before scooping, and garnish with a basil leaf.

Notes
