  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 buns
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Let the burgers rest for 2 minutes after cooking.
  7. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, let the turkey mixture rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also grill the patties if preferred.
