A creamy, cheesy dip that combines the rich flavors of cheese with the spicy kick of jalapeños. Perfect for gatherings and cozy nights in.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add the diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or toasted baguettes. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
