Simple and healthy, these protein-packed muffins are perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the nut butter and maple syrup until glossy.
  4. Sprinkle in the protein powder and mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice.
  6. Spoon the batter into a muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly before removing from the tin and enjoy.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for better sweetness and moisture. Experiment with different mix-ins!
