  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Mash the ripe banana until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add protein powder, egg, and oats into the mashed banana. Stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  6. Spoon the batter evenly into the six muffin cups.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  8. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes.
