Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until silky smooth.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well blended.
  5. Bake the Brownies: Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Melt the Chocolate: Melt the semisweet chocolate with the milk over simmering water until smooth.
