  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4-6 burger patties, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Crack Burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until they’re cooked through and nicely browned.
