A creamy, rich twist on the classic hot cocoa served as a delightful dip for gatherings and cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Mini marshmallows, for garnish
  • Chocolate chips, for garnish
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Sift in the cocoa powder to avoid lumps, and mix again until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to the bowl. Use the mixer to blend these ingredients into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a whisk or mixer until soft peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much; you want to keep it light and airy.
  6. Once combined, transfer the dip into a serving bowl or dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Garnish with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, sprinkling them generously on top for added texture and taste.
  8. Serve with an assortment of dipping options like graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Mix before serving again as it may thicken.
