  • 1/3 cup Ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • Chopped scallions, sesame seeds, rice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering and prepping them.
  2. Mix the sauce together in a bowl with soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and ginger.
  3. Ready the chicken by placing it in the slow cooker and pouring the sauce over it.
  4. Slow cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  5. Thicken the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water and adding it to the slow cooker.
