  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the tough ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the honey balsamic mixture until fully coated.
  5. Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
