A delicious and customizable Crunchwrap Supreme, recreating the beloved taco stand treat in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed
  • Oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the large flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  3. Scoop the refried beans into the center of the tortilla, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Layer on the seasoned ground beef (or turkey), then the nacho cheese sauce, followed by lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, encasing the filling.
  6. Heat oil in the skillet, then place the folded crunchwrap seam side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the crunchwrap and cook the other side until golden, about another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your Crunchwrap by adding jalapeños for heat or swapping proteins for a variation.
