Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough (Store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough by rolling it out on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Cut the dough into squares around 3-4 inches in size and add fillings in the center.
  3. Roll each square over and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning if desired, then spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Air Fry at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving with extra marinara sauce on the side.

Notes

You can customize the fillings to your preference by adding different meats or veggies. Leftovers (if any) can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
