8 ounces of rice noodles
1 pound of flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup of snap peas
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Noodles: Boil the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the flank steak, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add the Sauce: Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat evenly for about a minute.
Combine with Noodles: Add the cooked rice noodles and green onions. Toss until heated through and well-combined.
