A creamy and cheesy dip loaded with sausage and green chilies, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 pound (16 ounces) pork sausage
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small can (4 ounces) diced green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf of crusty bread or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the pork sausage in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, cubed Velveeta, shredded Monterey Jack, and sour cream in a bowl.
  4. Add the drained diced green chilies to the cheese mixture.
  5. Incorporate the cooked sausage into the cheese blend.
  6. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the cheesy mixture into a baking dish, spreading evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
  10. Dip away with crusty bread or tortilla chips.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
