These Easy Pancake Sausage Bites are a delightful blend of fluffy pancakes, savory sausage, and creamy cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Turkey Sausage or Pork Sausage
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • Favorite Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: pancake mix, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Whisk in the milk and maple syrup until combined.
  4. Fold in the sautéed sausage and sharp cheddar cheese into the pancake batter.
  5. Heat a non-stick or greased skillet over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Flip the pancake bites and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite dipping sauce.
