Delicious, wholesome energy bites perfect for a quick snack or post-workout refuel, made without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  3. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
