A quick and nutritious chicken dish marinated in zesty lemon and garlic, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the marinade.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts thoroughly for at least 30 minutes.
