A quick and delicious marinade that transforms chicken into a juicy, flavor-packed centerpiece.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place your chicken pieces in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  3. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for optimal flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven. Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

For a different flavor, swap lemon juice for lime juice or experiment with fresh herbs.
