  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup avocado mayo
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/3 cup cooked, chopped bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Turkey Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into four equal patties.
  2. Cook the Turkey Patties: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Place the turkey patties into the skillet and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Create the Special Burger Sauce: In another bowl, whisk together avocado mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, remaining garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the Burger Bowls: Start with chopped romaine lettuce, then layer cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, turkey patties, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle the burger sauce over everything.
