  • 1 package (12-count) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh fruit
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, half and half, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Dip each Hawaiian roll into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  4. Carefully place the dipped rolls in the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
