A creamy and fruity salad that combines the flavors of tropical fruits with a luscious cream cheese base, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Base: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add the Fruity Ingredients: Add the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, strawberries, mandarin oranges, shredded coconut, and nuts (if using).
  4. Combine Everything: Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
