A quick and healthy ground turkey stir fry with broccoli, ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks. Brown for about 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets along with the soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender and bright green.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon the stir-fry over bowls of cooked rice or noodles and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with additional vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas. For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey with crumbled tofu.
