  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups White rice, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned—6-8 minutes.
  2. Combine with the Creamy Ingredients: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Mix until combined and bubbling—2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Cooked Rice: Add the fully cooked rice, folding it into the beef mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Casserole: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Add the Cheddar Cheese: Sprinkle cheddar cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
