Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds or lengthwise slices.
  3. Toss the zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Grill the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice after removing from the grill.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
