A simple yet sensational way to prepare grilled sweet corn on the cob using a foolproof foil method.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, shucked
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill to medium heat.
  2. Prepare four pieces of aluminum foil large enough to wrap each ear of corn.
  3. Position one ear of corn in the center of each piece of foil.
  4. Add one tablespoon of butter on top of each ear, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Wrap the foil tightly around the corn, sealing the edges well.
  6. Grill the wrapped corn for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Reveal and enjoy the corn hot after carefully unwrapping the foil.

Notes

Use fresh, in-season corn for best results and feel free to experiment with spices or flavored butters.
