  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Skewers (bamboo or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers: Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes if using. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Coat the steak and vegetables: Add the steak cubes and chopped vegetables into the bowl with the marinade. Toss everything gently.
  4. Assemble the kabobs: Thread the steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between meat and veggies.
  5. Grill to perfection: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Rest before serving: Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
