Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Salmon Mixture: In a bowl, finely chop the fresh salmon fillets and combine with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until incorporated.
  3. Form the Patties: Shape the salmon mixture into burger-sized patties.
  4. Grill the Patties: Cook the patties on the grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble the Burgers: Place each patty on a bun and add toppings.

Notes
