Simple and delicious grilled corn on the cob, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Butter (optional)
  • Lime (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all the silky threads.
  3. Brush each ear of corn generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot, with optional butter and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Notes

Make sure your grill grates are clean and oiled to prevent sticking. You can also parboil the corn for a few minutes before grilling if desired.
