  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season your chosen steak generously with salt and pepper.
