Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
