Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken and vegetables by adding them to the marinade; let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the burst of flavors!

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight if possible. Using soaked wooden skewers prevents burning during grilling.
