A refreshing and nutrient-packed green smoothie that combines spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk for a delicious start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients by making sure your spinach is washed and your banana is ripe.
  2. Combine in your blender the spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or agave syrup, and ice if desired.
  3. Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey or agave syrup if needed.
  5. Serve your green smoothie in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more Greek yogurt or reduce the almond milk slightly.
