A refreshing and healthy dessert featuring Greek yogurt, vibrant berries, and crunchy nuts, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup granola or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the lined baking sheet, about half an inch thick.
  4. Top with mixed berries, nuts, and optional granola or chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  6. Break into pieces, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

Press toppings gently into the yogurt before freezing to keep them in place. Can be made with various toppings based on preference.
