1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cucumbers, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix the Chicken Patty Ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir until just mixed.
Shape the Patties: Shape the chicken mixture into eight equal patties.
Prepare the Tzatziki: In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate.
Toss the Cucumber Salad: In a separate bowl, toss sliced cucumbers and thinly sliced red onion with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
