This Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower transforms a humble vegetable into a flavorful and hearty dish that even non-vegetable lovers will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, tossing until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender, tossing halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes
