  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Toss the drumsticks in the marinade until evenly coated.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and lemon zest, then toss again.
  5. Arrange the drumsticks on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
