Mouthwatering drumsticks coated in garlic and Parmesan for a crispy, flavorful dish perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.
  2. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add in the chicken drumsticks and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon zest, then toss again to ensure every drumstick is coated.
  4. Place the seasoned drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the drumsticks for the last 2–3 minutes of cooking. Marinade overnight for deeper flavors.
