Delicious cheeseburger flavors encapsulated in a warm, cheesy dough bomb topped with garlic butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sautéing the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s fully browned. Drain any excess grease, then season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Preparing the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Set this garlic butter aside; this will be your magic brush for the topping!
  3. Preheating the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it nice and hot for the baking phase.
  4. Assembling the bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture along with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center. Fold and pinch the edges closed to seal, forming a perfect little ball.
  5. Arranging on the baking sheet: Place each cheeseburger bomb seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with garlic butter mixture.
  6. Baking to perfection: Bake the cheeseburger bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  7. Final touches: Once baked, brush again with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm!
