Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the garlic butter by mixing melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center of each piece.
Seal the bombs by folding and pinching the edges of the biscuit dough to enclose the filling.
Bake the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet, brushing the tops with garlic butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the finishing touch by brushing with remaining garlic butter and sprinkling with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
