Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.

  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl; set aside.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center. Fold edges closed to seal.
  6. Arrange bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Brush baked bombs with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
