A simple yet flavorful side dish that elevates broccoli with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, and a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast the broccoli for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot broccoli.
  6. Return the broccoli to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
