3 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the zucchini noodles and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the noodles are just tender.
