Tender and juicy sirloin steak bites seared to perfection and infused with rich garlic butter, perfect for a quick and indulgent meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Take your sirloin steak pieces and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter into the skillet and let it melt.
  4. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Introduce the minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, stirring to combine and letting the garlic cook for about a minute.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan for proper searing. Let the steak bites rest after cooking for better juiciness.
