A hearty dish combining succulent steak bites with buttery, garlic-infused baby potatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil your potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Cook the steak bites, seasoned with salt and pepper, for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Combine the cooked potatoes with the steak in the skillet, tossing to infuse with garlic butter.
  5. Heat everything through for an additional 2-3 minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, choose well-marbled cuts like ribeye. Let steak sear properly for better texture.
