  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Mix the Coating: Combine olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
