Juicy pork chops seared to perfection and smothered in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

  • 4 boneless center-cut pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over them, cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for heat or replacing parsley with thyme or rosemary.
