A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring crispy garlic bread and melty cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of garlic bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Butter (optional, for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one slice of garlic bread in the skillet.
  3. Add your chosen slices of cheese on top of the garlic bread.
  4. Top it off with the second slice of garlic bread.
  5. Butter the outside of the sandwich (optional).
  6. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Pairs well with a green salad or tomato soup. For extra flavor, add sliced tomatoes or crispy bacon.
